Teacher Bio: Desiree Williams-Rajee is a national equity consultant focusing on climate change, sustainability and racism in local government. She helped to create the City of Portland Office of Equity and Human Rights, and was recognized by the Obama administration for her work on climate change and racial equity in government. She coaches leaders to create more equitable and just institutions.
